Restaurant and guesthouse in Uherské Hradiště

The subject of this thesis is to create a Project documentation of the design of the New development, a restaurant with a guesthouse, in the cadastral area Mařatice, city Uherské Hradiště. The object is designed as a standalone barrier-free 2 story building. The first floor above ground contains a restaurant, capacity 52 persons, to which a terrace with capacity of 28 persons is attached. Apart from the aforementioned there is also a support area for the restaurant, technical facilities and the owner's office. On the second floor there are 6 rooms for rent, incliding one barrier-free and a lounge for guests. The object foundation base are foundation pads and grade beams made of reinforced concrete. The load-bearing structure is a cast-in-place monolithic skelet made of reinforced concrete. The infill structures are designed as a light building envelope from the company Novatop. Part of the object has a flat green roof, the other part is a mono-pitched roof on which photovoltaic and photothermic panels are placed. The drawing is processed with help of AutoCAD software. The visuals in programs ArchiCAD and Artlantis.

The topic of my diploma project is a design and a project documentation of a kindergarten in the city of Ružomberok. The building is located on a flat land with a rectangular shape in a peaceful locality. The floor plan of the building is atypical.The building consists of a ground floor with a partial basement. The structural wooden system uses massive wooden wall panels by Novatop. The basement is made of a concrete structural system. The structure is based on the concrete strip foundations and it has a flat roof. The kindergarten is divided into the class sections and a utility part with a kitchen. Overall, there are three classes with the maximum capacity of 60 children. Two class sections are of the same hight and the one in the middle is raised. All the day rooms are south-facing and each of them has a direct access to the wooden terrace. On the east side of the site there is a parking lot designed for 16 cars with a path leading to the main gate and to the building entrances. The entrances to the kindergarten and to the utility part are separated. The main entrance to the kindergarten is designed as barrier-free.

The topic of my diploma project considers a new building for a kindergarten in the city quarter Brno-Bystrc. The building lot where is the kindergarten located is rectangular in shape and is genty sloping. The building consists of a groundfloor only, without a basement and is solved as barrier-free. The kindergarten has 2 classrooms with the overal capacity of 50 children. On the west side of the plot is considered a parking lot for 13 cars, from here there is a sidewalk reaching the main gate and further the main entrance of the building. The structural wooden system use wooden wall panels NOVATOP. The foundation slab from reinforced concrete is layed on a glass foam granulate. The roof is designed as a green flat roof. The building has an atypical layout. The central part is raised and has a hexagonal contour, in its center is located a glazed atrium. On two sides of the hexagon are symmetrically located two more wings, which has a nearly rectangular shape. In front of the building is located a playground, faced to the south.

This diploma thesis deals with elaborating of project documentation for the realization of the family house of bungalow type. The building is designed using a solid wooden wall of NOVATOP system and is covered by a hipped roof, which the supporting structure consists of the wooden trusses. The thesis can be divided in two parts: the part of the text and drawings. The text part describes the construction system of solid wooden wall of NOVATOP system, the description of each constructions, thermally technical assessment of building envelope constructions and the text part also contains the technical report and the statement of material. The drawing part contains basic drawings, construction details and also production drawings of wall panels.

The aim of the thesis was to design a two-storeywooden structure family house without a cellar, intended for a family of five. Based on a comprehensive overview of construction systems, a system for modern massive wooden structures from the NOVATOP system was selected. The drawings and the production documentation is also included. This thesis deals not only with technical documentation, but also with the current trends in wooden structure construction systems and their comparison. It also contains a complete overview of the current choice of options of thermal insulation, both synthetic and natural, which forms an integral part of each wooden structure. The thesis presents detailed descriptions of individual arrangements of the family house construction. It also describes the assembly process, including the construction schedule.
